Today I picked up copies of all 148 ERYC byelaws. The copies cost me £29.60.
I am of the opinion that all ERYC byelaws should be available on-line on the ERYC website. ERYC refuse to do this.
Why does a Local Authority not want its residents to see byelaws on-line which control many aspects of their lives?
If elected, I will once again request that ERYC publish the byelaws on-line. If they refuse I will publish them on this site.
If I am not elected, I will publish the byelaws on this site.
Would anyone like to volunteer to scan them in to make them into pdfs?
