The enquiry office at Pocklington Police Station is shut for 2 weeks whilst the enquiry office clerk is on holiday.

At the smaller stations where enquiry offices are only open part time hours, there is no provision to staff them when regular staff are abstracted, so the same would apply if the clerk were on a course or off sick. Humberside Police don’t have the means to backfill.
