This morning I published How To Not Help Retailers. I am delighted to say the situation is now resolved.

An ERYC officer has informed me that:

“Having spoken to the team that sets the market up for us on Tuesdays, they have confirmed that the trailer was left in its usual position behind the Victoria monument.

It would appear that the trailer was then subsequently moved by a market trader in order to make it easier for them to dispose of their waste.

I will speak to the trader involved in order to prevent this from occurring again in the future.”
