Remedial works will be carried out on the Burnby Lane road verge between the Cricket Club and the Francis Scaife Leisure Centre on completion of the housing site & construction traffic has stopped.

An ERYC officer today informed me that

“I can advise that the verge over-run will be checked & any actionable damage attended to the area is covered by a Section 62 agreement & will be subject to a joint inspection with the Developer to identify any remedial works on completion of the housing site & construction traffic has stopped.”
