On Friday, I was asked to take a look at issues with the Right of Way on Amos Drive.

Firstly, the developer has a maintenance contract in place for the hedge and as hedgerow restrictions are coming to an end the hedge will be cut in the coming month or so.

With regards the path itself, ERYC officers will work with the developer to get a sustainable solution. I will seek opinions from residents as to their prefered option.

When done ERYC and the developer for dealing with this so promptly and for engaging with the residents.
