Today disgraced ERYC Councillor Dominic Peacock received a public drubbing when the Conservative Party dominated standards committee recommended both East Riding Council and Beverley Town Council should pass resolutions calling on him to resign from both authorities.

I am informed that when the ERYC Conservative Group originally discussed expelling Peacock six did not vote in favour of his expulsion from the group. The group must now make the results of the vote public.
