As an ERYC Ward Councillor I am now of the opinion that Humberside Police are incompetent.

Over the past two days I have made public the shambles that is Humberside Police.

Yesterday, at 11.05, I received a phone call from Inspector Hinch, the third Inspector to date involved in this waste of Police resources. As I was unavailable Inspector Hinch left a message stating he would phone back later but did not leave his phone number. He failed to phone me back.

Having, once again, spoken to Humberside Police at 11.25 today I have requested communication via email on Humberside Police headed paper.

Is there any wonder the East Riding public have no confidence or respect for Humberside Police?
