I am delighted to announce that at this mornings Environment and Regeneration Overview and Scruntiny Sub-Committee it was agreed to request officers to work with Wilberfoss Parish Council to revisit the statistics held by ERYC with regards the accidents at the Wilberfoss Western/A1079 junction.

The committee first received a presentation by Lead Petitioner, Mr Dave Smith, Vice Chair, Wilberfoss Parish Council. This was followed by a presentation from Councillor Andy Strangeway.

ERYC officers will work with Wilberfoss Parish Council to monitor accident statistics for the next twelve months.
