I would like to thank Stamford Bridge Parish Council for raising the issue that at 17.00 last night Stamford Bridge was gridlocked. This was due to the temporary traffic lights for the new development backing traffic up to the bridge.

Within an hour of receiving the email an ERYC officer was on site.

Unless the lights can be removed this weekend they will be manned. In addition, ERYC have confirmed that the lights must be removed by next Thursday evening in time for the Easter weekend.
