In Avant Homes – Dropped Kerb I highlighted the high kerb.
An ERYC officer informed that that:
“the works have still to be completed and a wearing course needs to be added”
The photo above of the opposite side clearly shows that it is about 3 inches lower and almost flush.
Unless they are going to put a lot more wearing course on one side than the other I would suggest that the kerb requires lowering.
