ERYC Breach Human Rights Act

This very site is my political site and by the very nature is my political expression.

Despite this ERYC (public authority) are investigating a Code of Conduct complaint against me for that which I have lawfully stated under Article 10.

The ERYC Code of Conduct MUST operate within the Human Rights Act.

Never Be Silenced

Be it as a private citizen or as an ERYC Councillor I will never be silenced by a Local Authority which clearly does not respect the Human Rights Act.
