Before 09.00 this morning an ERYC officer emailed me in relation to Heating System Faulty For Six Years and stated:

“I confirm that we will arrange to attend to establish the problem and repair.”

If an Independent Ward Councillor for the neighbouring Ward can instigate repairs within one hour why have the three Conservative Ward Councillors for the Ward failed for six years?
