Just after 16.00 yesterday I witnessed the scene below which can only be described as the stupidity of Pocklington Town Council (PTC).
To water a few flowers they are in breach of the following:
- Parking on a junction
- Parking on a double yellow line
- Parking with the hydraulic arm up
- Taking a hose pipe across the road
Who in their right mind takes a hose pipe across a main road? I am in no doubt this will not have been the first time.
As I previously raised an incident with PTC of them parking the tractor on the highway with the hydraulic arm up but received no response this time I have referred the matter to Humberside Police.
In my opinion there must be a prosecution.
