Buckley Compounds His Confusion

Mathew Buckley, ERYC Head of Legal, has today sent me a rather bizarre email in relation to ERYC Legal – Training Required.

Our Mathew confirms:

to post comments of a personal nature, they should make clear that they are speaking as a private individual and are not speaking on behalf of the council”

He then goes on to say:

“It is clear that the advice does not support the point that you are making”

It is most certainly clear that Alan Barker fully supports what I am saying. My disclaimer states:

“Opinions and statements published on the ‘Andy Strangeway Independent’ blog are those of the owner, Andy Strangeway, private individual, and not those of Councillor Andy Strangeway, elected member of East Riding of Yorkshire Council.”

Mathew has requested:

  1. In the interests of transparency I would be pleased if you would remove the below posting from your blog as it is clearly incorrect? – NO
  2. Place this email in its entirety on your blog – YES Please see Buckley – Strangeway email 8 August 2017
  3. Issue an apology – NO

Conclusion

I do not understand why Mathew wants me to publish an email that brings into question his ability to continue as ERYC Monitoring Office. In effect he is calling a dog a cat.

Why does Mathew keep forcing me to give him a metaphorical bloody nose?
