Pam Allen Breaches Article 10

Pam Allen, in her role of ERYC Head of Children and Young People’s Support and Safeguarding Services, has breached my Article 10 rights to political expression by registering a complaint against me for whistleblowing failures of her officers.

Article 10 of the Human Rights Act 1998 states:

“Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.”

Liberty state:

“Article 10 gives everyone the right to freedom of expression, which includes the freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without State interference.

Formal Complaint

I have register a formal complaint against Pam Allen for breaching my Article 10 rights. In addition I have requested that the complaint made by her against me is stopped with immediate effect as to continue will further breach my Article 10 rights.
