Article 10 – BLA BLA

I have registered and had accepted three complaints against senior ERYC officers for breaching my Article 10 rights to political expression.

Article 10 of the Human Rights Act 1998 states:

“Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.”

Liberty state:

“Article 10 gives everyone the right to freedom of expression, which includes the freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without State interference.
