I can confirm that even if the proposed developer of the Cabin has their planning application approved they will not be given access to build.
The owners of the land, Coppergate Properties Limited, have sent me a letter stating:
“I would like it to be known that the current owner or any new owner/developer of the site will NOT be afforded and (any) right to use the land or roadway owned by Coppergate to facilitate any works in respect of the proposed development”
I will hand deliver the letter below to:
- RM English – I will request they inform the potential purchasor
- Andrew Long – The current owner
- ERYC Planning
