The Cabin Stamford Bridge Application Approved

Western Area Planning Sub Committee yesterday passed the application to develop the Cabin, Stamford Bridge.

Although the application has been approved the application must still overcome numerous hurdles to commence development of the site:

  1. Ensure there is no contamination.
  2. Provide access for those with disabilities
  3. Establish a way to remove refuse from the site
  4. Build without using neighbouring land

Silent Tories

Yet again Conservative Councillors Kay West and Claude Mole failed to attend the committee meeting to represent residents.
