I am pleased to announce that ERYC will replace the false signage on Railway Street.

ERYC have informed me that:

“Our records show that there have been no PCNs issued for returning to a parking place within a prohibited time frame for any parking bay in the Pocklington area.

Due to an incorrect return time on the sign, this voids our ability to enforce the no return prohibition, all other signed and indicated parking restrictions and contraventions are enforceable. Since there has been no PCNs served for this type of contravention, there are no refunds to make.”
