I am at a loss why ERYC have failed to use a secure system to communicate with adoptive carers as they already have such a system set up.

It would appear that morals and common sense are in short supply in certain offices in County Hall.
At least residents can enjoy a good laugh at the charade that is ERYC Code of Conduct.
