There are three main ways in which pot holes can be reported to ERYC. This can be via residents, the Parish/Town Council or one of the Ward Councillors.
Over the past couple of weeks or so both residents and Stamford Bridge Parish Council have reported the numerous pot holes on Roman Avenue North to ERYC.
Obviously to maximise resources ERYC do not immediately turn out to repair the odd pot hole or three but instead group pot holes in an area together for repair . Subject to the location of the pot hole repair can take up to 28 days to repair once reported. In addition, at this time of the year with frost a regular feature a pot hole repair can be a short-lived affair.
As both myself and the Parish Council are understandably receiving regular complaints about pot holes on Roman Avenue North I have asked a senior office to advise of a timescale as to when the pot holes will be repaired and that this is at the earliest opportunity.
As soon as an approximate date is confirmed I will inform residents.
