The safety concerns with regards the cycle path at the top of Heather Bank, Stamford Bridge have been resolved by ERYC agreeing to a sensible compromise.

ERYC have confirmed:

“….that the mirror was to be erected on the property of No 23, then we would look to review the situation with a view to providing new barriers or relocating the existing if the potential problem still exists.”

This comprise not only addresses residents concerns but also those raised by cyclists with me who are of the opinion that extra barriers would be detrimental for cyclists.

Well done ERYC for accepting a common sense compromise.
