I am pleased to confirm that the Library router which obstructed the emergency exit at Wilberfoss Community Centre is to be relocated.

A senior ERYC officer has stated:

“Thank you for kindly bringing to our attention the location of the recently installed external wireless device situated at Wilberfoss Community Centre.

I have now had an opportunity to investigate your concern and.am able to advise you that the device was installed by a third party contractor. I can see from the photographs, which you kindly provided, that its current location prevents the fire door from opening to its maximum extension. I have therefore requested that this be relocated further to the left of the picture as a matter of urgency.
