After I posted Love Lane Right Of Way Requested this morning a friend drew my attention to a letter in this weeks Pocklington Post by Geoff Sheasby, The Pocklington Town Crier.

Having discussed the issue with Geoff I have requested ERYC to look into the possibility of a safety barrier system being installed similar to that near to Heather Bank, Stamford Bridge.

The challenge will be to develop a system that discourages cyclists while at the same time does not prevent use by those with disabilities and push chairs.
