The lay by near to Black Plantation on Newbridge Lane between Stamford Bridge and Wilberfoss is once again blighted by fly tipping. This time it is wheels.

I have requested ERYC to remove the fly tipping at the earliest opportunity.

In addition, as this lay by is becoming a fly tipping hot spot, I have requested that consideration is given to installing surveillance equipment.
