At my surgery on Saturday a resident raised concerns that a mound of earth on the Pocklington Bund site next to his home was an invasion of privacy.

From the photos included here it is clear to see that this gives direct visual access from the digger into the daughters bedroom. This is unacceptable.

I have requested that ERYC ensure that the earth mound is removed immediately to any of the other three sides of the site and is not returned to be adjacent any properties on Mile End Park.
