Residents will have noticed that the two disabled parking bays on the left and right of the parking outside the Co-op in Stamford Bridge have been changed.

The disabled bays now occupy the two parking bays on the left hand side. Yet the signs remain over the left and right hand bays.

In addition I question whether there is a TRO (Traffic Regulation Order), the legal framework, in place to support the change in the parking.

I have requested ERYC to ensure that the signs are in the correct location and that the required TRO is in place. In addition I have requested ERYC confirm that the required consultation for the TRO has taken place.
