In County Hall today Councillor Andy Strangeway was unlawfully denied his elected right and duty to vote in Full Council by ERYC.

As part of his elected duty to undertake checks and balances this afternoon he informed Full Council:

“Point of order Madam Chair.

I am legally advised to state:

As this authority has unlawfully denied my lawful access to confidential documents I am unable to vote on anything in this chamber today.
