I am surprised to learn that as of 31 March 2018 the balance in the ERYC Self Insurance Reserve was £9.368m yet no claim is to be made to rebuild the demolished Stamford Bridge garages.

To be self insured we must claim when required. As not to do so demonstrates that we are clearly not adequately insured.

ERYC must use finance for that which they are allocated.

As I am concerned that we have built up a slush fund of £9.368m for purposes unknown I will be referring this to our Auditors to investigate.
