Today I have received notice of a planning application from Harron Homes for the “erection of 112 dwellings, erection of 10 detached double garages, associated access, landscaping, open space, infrastructure and ancillary works” on Yapham Road.

As I was previously informed that there would be 89 dwellings on the site I have requested for this Planning Application to be referred to Committee to allow a full and open debate.
I will meet with residents in advance to understand their position as I will be speaking at the Planning Committee to represent residents.
