As the fly tipping next to the litter bin on Burton Fields Road, Stamford Bridge opposite Kingsway is full of solid material, possibly bits of DIY rubbish, it was not removed when the litter bin was last emptied.

I have requested ERYC to address the fly tipping at the earliest opportunity.
