ERYC have offered Graham Baverstock an Independent Care Assessment which they are paying for and commissioning but have not agreed to accept the findings of the assessment.

I have had sight of a letter from the infamous Mathew Buckley, ERYC Head of Legal, where he confirms the position of ERYC in relation to an Independent Care Assessment offered to Graham Baverstock:

“It cannot tie itself to accept a needs assessment that it has not yet seen”

If both parties agree to a person undertaking such an assessment both should agree to the outcome. Without such agreement the assessment is intrusive for Graham, pointless and a waste of money.

Mr Buckley you have lost the plot and are wasting tax payers resources.
