ERYC have once again denied my elected right and duty to vote in Full Council today.

As ERYC continues to unlawfully deny my lawful access to confidential documents and our Chief Executive Caroline Lacey has failed to answer five simple questions I am unable to vote on anything in the chamber today.

As such I have made the decision to spend the four hours working from home which will be far more beneficial to Pocklington Provincial residents than attending Full Council when the Conservatives will have had a meeting in advance and being told how to vote.

There is no democracy at County Hall, it is a dictatorship, as there are 47 Conservative Councillors out of the 67.
