Residents will be delighted to see that ERYC have agreed to my request for reflective strips on the London Street bollards.

This will be a good safety measure for their children going to school as vehicles, including school buses, have been known to mount the pavement on London Street where the bollards are.

I was delighted to discuss the reflectors with a London Street resident yesterday morning who commented that the reflectors appeared to have slowed the traffic down.

Safer footpaths for children, slower traffic on the roads and at a nominal cost to ERYC. A success all round.
