The Old Railway Station Play Area in Stamford Bridge is in urgent need of an upgrade especially given the expansion of the village.

It is both noticeable and unacceptable that ERYC do not invest in leisure provision in the village. Indeed residents must finance their swimming pool themselves.

I have requested ERYC to:

1. Continue the fence to the rear of the play area to ensure a safe and secure play area
2. Where required paint the worn equipment
3. Upgrade the current equipment
