The Beverley Labour Party have produced leaflets attacking the Conservatives for increasing the ERYC Council Tax.

Ironically all ERYC Labour Councillors have voted for the increase.

The Facts

As Labour appear not to know the facts I can confirm:

• I am the only ERYC Councillor who has voted against the increase for the last three years.
• Three years ago the Liberal Democrats voted against the increase.
• Apart from myself and the one vote by the Liberal Democrats of those who attend for the past three years all Conservative, Labour, Liberal Democrat, UKIP and Independents voted to increase the Council Tax.
