Millers Retreat: Attenuation And Drainage Adoption

As part of my  liaising with various parties for the Millers Retreat, Pocklington I was asked to seek confirmation as to  who will adopt the drainage and attenuation tanks.

ERYC Official statement:

“Linden homes have confirmed that  for Phase 2 of the development the drainage issues are covered by 14/30437/CONDET there are no attenuation tanks but highway soakaways under the public open space that will be adopted by the Council.  For Phase 3 B (ref. 15/01180/STPLF and 18/02144/STREM) an attenuation tank is provided adjacent to Clark’s Spring Pond that will be adopted by Yorkshire Water.”

I continue to liaise on various Millers Retreat issues.
