Yet again residents have raised concerns with me regards the conduct of Persimmon on The Mile development, Pocklington.

“We are very concerned at the working hours on a Saturday. When the building was finally given the green light we were told that Saturday working would be limited to 8 til 1pm. Yesterday Saturday 30/03/19 the work began at 730am and carried on til 6pm Now they are either ignoring the original timetable or have been given new permission by ERYC either way we haven’t been informed. Could you look into this and find out what is going on.”

I have requested ERYC Enforcement to take this up with Persimmon.
