Graham Baverstock – Victim Of ERYC Conservative Cuts

Graham Baverstock invited me to his home today to give him the opportunity to explain how, for the past seven years, ERYC have failed to provide him with the care he requires.  The law states ERYC must provide this care.

The evidence that follows will demonstrate how the Conservative controlled ERYC have failed, and continue to, fail Graham.

The failure of ERYC to provide Graham with the care he requires is clearly due to finances. This is the most vulgar of ERYC Conservative cuts to services.

Draft Report

ERYC have sent Graham a draft report which contained a veiled threat falsely stating:

“This report is written for East Riding of Yorkshire Council and can only be released to any other party with the permission of the Director of adults, health and customer services.”

Please read Adult Social Care Complaint No ASC 2017 18 309134 Draft Report This is an 18 page report and exposes the ERYC failures towards Graham. ERYC did not want the draft report made public.

Email To John Skidmore, ERYC Director

As John is the ERYC Director of Adults, Health and Customer Services I sent him the following email.

Dear John,

Having had sight of Adult Social Care Complaint No: ASC 2017-18 309134, I believe

“This report is written for East Riding of Yorkshire Council and can only be released to any other party with the permission of the Director of adults, health and customer services.”

to be a veiled threat.

Please advise by 17.00 Wednesday 3 April of the statue that provides this statement with any legal basis?

Regards,

Cllr Andy Strangeway

I received no response.

Graham Responds

The video below was recorded in Graham’s home today.

Clear the Swamp

Of the 67 current ERYC Councillors, Graham informs me that 66 have failed to make a public statement to support him.

With 47 of the current 67 Councillors being Conservative East Riding residents have a dictatorship at County Hall, The 47 Conservatives are controlled by a Conservative Party Chief Whip and Deputy Chief Whip paid for by the taxpayer.

Graham Baverstock and indeed democracy itself needs the support of residents.

On 2 May vote to clear the swamp.
