“I’m getting reports that Conservative, Labour and Lib Dem candidates are getting abuse while out leafleting.

Please, if you understandably want to express your dissatisfaction with their party betrayal of democracy do so by voting for one of the other candidates. Thats the most effective way to respond and send a stronger message than not voting or being abusive.

A polite no thank you on the door step is sufficient. It takes a lot to put yourself forward and all candidates deserve respect for that alone.”
