Fact 1 – This confirms that Pocklington Town Council breached statute by using Council resources for a political event.

Fact 2 – This confirms the hustings have been organised in breach of statute.

Possible Fact 3 – If PTC and ERYC fail to accept Facts 1 and Fact 2 they are incompetent and/or corrupt.
