Last week the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) intervened with Pocklington Town Council (PTC) due to PTC failing to conduct themselves lawfully.

On this occasion, PTC failed to deal lawfully with a Freedom of Information request.

I can confirm that ICO has been requested to intervene again this weekend.

Both interventions are in relation to the unlawful operating of the Pocklington CCTV system. It would appear that PTC has much to hide.
