All that is required is:

1. For ERYC to send Graham a list of six Independent Care Assessors that they will agree to a report produced by them.
2. For Graham to pick one of the six and for him to agree to a report produced by them.
3. Undertake the assessment.
4. Provide Graham with the required care.

Please show some humanity to Graham and get this sorted.
