Today Rother District Council (RDC) have confirmed that The Public Spaces Protection Order (no. 2) Rother District Council is merely a tool to intimidate. This confirms the national position reported in PSPO Parking Ban – Councils Intimidation Scam.

In response to my Freedom of Information request for information regards how many fixed penalty notices Rother District Council issued for a breach of The Public Spaces Protection Order (no. 2) Rother District Council in 2018 and 2019 was NONE.
