Last Sunday I returned home from a 10 day Buddhist Retreat at the Madhyamaka Centre.

The retreat was spiritually uplifting for my Buddhist practice. The well-maintained accommodation was peaceful while the healthy vegetarian food delighted my taste buds having been cooked and served with love. The Madhyamaka Centre will always be special having met my wife Ruth there 24 years ago.

The past week has been rather hectic both on the brushes with my Painting and Decorating business and also assisting a client of my Consultancy business.

I am pleased to see that my in-tray has continued to be productive in my absence, receiving information from whistleblowers.

I will endeavor to get back to my campaigns at the earliest opportunity. There is much to do. Expect fireworks!
