Following on from ERYC Accused Of Misfeasance In Public Office and Immediate Suspension of ERYC Cabinet Member Requested ERYC must now seek mediation and suspend those named.
Mediation
Failure to seek mediation could prove very expensive further into the process.
Suspend Those Named
I am of the of the opinion that those officers named in the Letter of Claim must be suspended on full pay with immediate effect. This could cost ERYC up to £1,000,000 over two years.
Not to do so could result in future claims against ERYC for decisions made by these officers in the interim. This could easily run into tens of millions.
More importantly failure to suspend the officers will destroy the already tarnished reputation of ERYC.
Email To Caroline Lacey, ERYC Chief Executive
Dear Caroline,
I write in relation to the Letter of Claim as reported in yesterdays Yorkshire Post.
I believe ERYC must now seek mediation and suspend those named. Failure to seek mediation could prove very expensive further into the process.

In addition can you please confirm Humberside Police are conducting an investigation into ERYC as I have received information from an impeccable source.
